    Cannot say enough good things about Darna. Myself and some friends went out for dinner and had a large sampling of their menu. We were all blown away by how delicious EVERY SINGLE dish was. We had a mixture of apps and mains and everything came out quickly and fresh! The chef even came to the table to personally check in on our experience, he was so kind and thoughtful. The photos are limited because we couldn't wait to dive in but overall a 10/10 experience and we cannot wait to come back to try everything we missed this time !

    Loved every bite of all these Middle Eastern dishes that taste like home! The falafel are THE BEST in our city - grilled meats are marinated and cooked to perfection - the cauliflower dish is a must and the Knafeh is WOW! Staff are very attentive and hospitable as is the chef intakes time to visit tables individually to check on his patrons- will definitely be back! Atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing!

    I had a fantastic experience at Darna! The Middle Eastern flavors and service were excellent. I ordered the skewers, which comes with rice or potatoes but the staff allowed me to try a little bit of both since I couldn’t decide(both sides were delicious!). And that garlicky white sauce—amazing on everything! The food, service, and owners truly show their passion for their craft. I’ll definitely be back.

    Beautiful Palestinian dishes that taste as good as they look! Shoutout to the server for the great recommendations. Will most definitely be returning. Make sure to try the grilled lamb skewers, some of the best tasting lamb I’ve ever had!

    I went to Darna Middle Eastern Kitchen for brunch with friends, and it did not disappoint! The service was great, and the portion sizes were generous, making it good value for money. The highlight of the meal was the beef shuka —absolutely exquisite, and full of rich flavors. However, I’d probably skip the Manakeesh, as it was rather dry and didn’t stand out. Overall, a solid spot for Middle Eastern cuisine with a welcoming atmosphere and well-executed dishes!

    I keep trying great middle eastern restaurants in Toronto thinking nothing could top that, only to find out there are even greater ones out there. Darna has been one of the best so far. We ordered the Chicken Fukhara and Fatteh Batenjan. I'm not a fan of chicken breasts personally as I usually find dry, but this chicken was perfectly cooked and flavourful, served in a mint garlic sauce. The Fatteh Batenjan was amazing as well and the tahini yogurt sauce was just next level. The staff were very kind and helpful and moved things around to give us a table although the place was almost full and we were 45 minutes early. This place could be perfect if they worked a little bit on the decorations :)

    Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious and full of flavor — honestly, it’s been a while since I had such high-quality dishes at a restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and served with a smile. Definitely one of my new favorite spots — I’ll be back for sure!
